There’s more than one kind of turkey awaiting you and your family this Thanksgiving, November 23. Beginning at 8am that special fall Thursday, you and the kids — and even the dogs — can join in the inaugural all-ages Bishop Ranch Turkey Trot. The Festive 5K is a trek around the roads and walkways of Bishop Ranch, and the Tiny Turkey — for those 5 and under — is a short and fun run (.05K) around City Center.
Registration is now open, so sign up early. You’ll be doing your part to support the Food bank of Contra Costa and Solano as you celebrate the annual holiday of thanks with family and friends.
