It’s returning to Bishop Ranch April 7th from 2pm-4pm in all its rainbow glory. The family friendly event always delights with its traditional throwing of colors, plus all the fun activities that make for the many pleasures of the day: live music, traditional dance performances, henna tattoos, and much more.
