Puppy Yoga at The Hub

The Hub invites guests to celebrate Mean Girls Day with an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and puppy cuddles. On October 3rd, join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class led by an Equinox instructor, alongside adoptable puppies from Contra Costa Animal Services who will roam, play, and cuddle their way through your practice.

Bring your mat, your besties, and a little pink, and enjoy an afternoon of yoga, connection, and plenty of puppy love.
