City Center Bishop Ranch, as an outdoor shopping center, remains open. Our team and merchants alike are committed to continuously provide you with the safest possible experience while you are visiting. Come enjoy the abundance of breathing room at City Center while supporting your favorite local businesses. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, hand sanitizing stations, and a temperature check station in Alexander Square. We continue to follow the guidance of statewide orders and we kindly ask that our guests do the same. Please remember to wear your face coverings and mind the social distancing guidelines.
Screening and Temperature Check Station
Bishop Ranch has partnered with John Muir Health to provide screening and temperature check stations throughout the Ranch. City Center will have a screening station located in Alexander Square.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of high-touch areas
Increased janitorial service to high touch areas using hospital-grade cleaning products.
Hand sanitizer stations
To ensure the safety of all guests, hand sanitizing stations have been added throughout Alexander Square.
Curbside Program
Curbside pick-up is now available for all guests. Designated zones are located around the perimeter of City Center Bishop Ranch to serve as pick-up locations.
Patio dining and indoor dining temporarily closed
In accordance with the current stay-at-home order in Contra Costa County, restaurants remain open for pickup or delivery service only. Expanded patios will be brought back when allowed.
